What are your signs made of and can I hang them outside?

Most of our signs are made of MDF and 1/4" Birch plywood. They are painted to a high gloss finish and may contain vinyl. We do not recommend hanging our signs outside in the elements as they are made of wood. Some signs we are able to weatherproof for outdoor use but we do not guarantee the longevity or integrity of the sign once exposed to various elements. Please contact us if you'd like your sign sealed for outdoors for an extra fee.

When will my order ship?

Our products are made to order though sometimes we will have more than one on hand. It typically takes 5-7 business days to process your order and prepare it to ship. We use UPS and USPS to ship within the US. Both carriers vary on shipping times and we have no control over times once we drop off the packages. Weather, strikes, unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. We do provide tracking numbers once your order has shipped so you may track it. The typical ship time is 3-5 business days however could be longer.

What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

If your order is lost, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim to find the lost package. If the item is not able to be delivered, we will replace the item at no cost. If your order arrives damaged, please know that the shipping carrier may want to pick up and inspect the package. Please do NOT throw any of the packaging away. Contact us right away and we will let you know what photos and information we will need and how to proceed for refund or replacement.

Do you do custom orders?

We have done many custom orders for our clients. If you would like a custom order, please use the contact form above to let us know what you're looking for and we will let you know what is possible. Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship due to design and approval times before the actual production of the product. We will be in contact with you every step of the way so you know what to expect and when. Custom orders may include a design fee to include up to 2 revisions at no extra charge. Any revisions beyond that will carry a fee. Orders will not be designed until they are paid in full. Please respect the time and talent of our graphic designers . It takes an immense amount of time and effort to create what we do behind the scenes. Our artists and crafters deserved to be paid for their talents.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Please note that this applies to bulk orders only. We do offer discounts and coupons throughout the year for non bulk orders.
