We accept returns for refund or exchange for defective products or items damaged in transit only. 

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us at hello@azcopperbeard.com within 7 days of delivery to alert us of damage. 

Items required to process a return or exhange:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damage to product
  • Photos of the original packaging and damage to
  • Photo of the shipping label

Once we receive your email with the above listed items, we will promptly work on your request. 


Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable/digital products


Additional Info

Please be aware that all items we sell are handcrafted, therefore imperfections can happen. Because we use natural materials such as wood, we cannot guarantee things such as wood grain. While we do our best to make sure the item you receive is what you see in our shop, not every piece will be identical and there may be variances in wood grains and paint colors. These imperfections are not considered defects and will not be considered for refund or exchange. 

We take great pride in our work and our end product and try our best to make sure they are secure in their packages so they arrive to you undamaged. However, please inspect your item(s) upon delivery to ensure there is no damage.
